“ I had visited Seguin a few months back and realized I never wrote my review. I saw that they achieved the number 1 spot in Texas monthly and it is well deserved. I absolutely loved my experience there and will definitely go back even though it’s far away from my residence. The food was amazing! No weak links! Loved my ribs and very tender with some bite to them. Sausages were awesome. chicken isn’t my favorite thing to eat, however, Burnt Bean makes it very juicy, Smokey and enjoyable. The brisket is the centerpiece and it passed all test and was well worth the drive. Atmosphere was excellent and the service was second to none, very friendly and clean. I highly recommend this restaurant, especially if you’re a BBq connoisseur or a meat enthusiast. I can’t comment on the sides because I’m a carnivore, but they looked delicious and there seemed to be plenty of dessert options. I highly recommend this place! Congratulations on Number 1 Texas monthly. ”

“ The entire experience was exceptional, aside from standing/sitting in the heat,waiting in a 2 hour line to get in. The food was delicious and delivers as advertised from the fall apart brisket , the fall of the bone pork ribs, to the chicken and sausage. The sides are fantastic as well and the Queso Mac and cheese and Cowboy beans are must haves. This is a must try if you love BBQ ! ”

“ I got there around 7am (Sunday) and the line was already on the side of the bldg. I recommend getting there early, as well as bringing your chairs to wait. Luckily it wasn't so hot, but they do offer free water (outside) & 2 free beers once inside. The atmosphere and service was awesome, but the food OMG was amazing.. I highly recommend this place. THE WAIT WAS WELL WORTH IT!!! ”
